It is the way I feel, I am not sleeping properly and yet I feel so tired, I can't switch myself off at night and during the day all I do is think about bad stuff.

I feel great untill 5pm ..then I feel like someone gave me a shot of depression and anxiety. I just called my Pdoc about it. I am waiting for her to call me back.

I like your signature, Buttercup. I had no idea Agatha Christie had been given to despair. How poignantly she wrote the quote. I only knew her as a detective story author, and a prolific one, too. Her works, many years ago, were instrumental in my becoming a fluent reader of English: what with captivation, with suspense, you guess the meaning of new words and move on without a boring dictionary.

Sorry to move your thread astray, but I thought you might actually enjoy a distraction in your current mood.

Thank you for sharing. I hope the sleep situation settles, and the rest will follow suit. Corny as it sounds, have you tried listening to relaxation tapes?
