Hello everybody. I wanted to share some inspiration and comments from a book I recieved when I was 16, from a woman who affected my life greatly. The book I'm about to share with you changed my life, and I feel the blessing should be shared with all of you.

*Once we truly know life is difficult---once we truly understand and accept it---then life is no longer difficult. Because once it is accepted, the fact that life is difficult no longer matters.

*The tendency to avoid problems and the emotional suffering inherent in them is the primary basis of all human mental illness.

*Delaying gratification is a process of scheduling the pain and pleasure of life in such way as to enhance the pleasure by meeting and experiencing the pain first and getting it over with. It is the only decent way to live.

*Ultimately love is everything.

*Self discipline is self caring.

*Problems do not go away. They must be worked through or else they remain, forever a barrier to the growth and development of the spirit.

*We cannot solve life's problems except by solving them.

*If you are not apart of the solution, then you apart of the problem.

Truth is reality. That which is false, is unreal. The more clearly we see the reality of the world, the better equipped we are to deal with the world.

*Once suffering is completely accepted, it ceases in a sense to be suffering.

*You cannot give up anything you have not already gotten. If you give up winning without ever having won, you are where you were at the beginning: a loser.

*We cannot be a source of strength unless we nurture our own strength.

Well enough for now. I hope you can get at least a little knowledge from, the up above.

Thanks for letting me share.
