Anyone believe that good sleep can "cure" schiz.?

No.... there will probably be several different forms of therapy / CBT that will need to be used to help here.... not to mention MEDICINE.

I had sz for 10 years.
6 months very good sleep got rid of all my sz symptoms ( I call it "cure", wasn't expected).
Now I'm on abilify (5mg, on and off) for maintain the healthy status.

I doubt that sleep is the only cure, as I'm sure some of the other symptoms will be present also.
