Does anyone know how I can tell if I'm developing pyromania?
By developing I mean, What are the early warning signs? As in Before I fit the full DSM definition? I can't find anything useful on the internet nor can I find anything written by anyone who was (is) Pyromanic.

Also I can't find any specifics on the oft-repeated connection between bipolar mania and firesetting.

Thanks in advance.

I did come across this site: http://www.minddisorders.com/Py-Z/Pyromania.html

It may give you enough insight to gather your own symptoms and apply them to figure out if this is what is happening.

I wish you well.

Thank you!
I've glanced over that and will be sure to read it more carefully.
