I nailed him.
Was arrested, out on bail in another county from them. Not aloud near them. Pleaded not guilty to the sexual abuse charges but they have nailed him for a ton of child porn charges, not sure if her kids are on the computer or not. My instincts were right!

Out on bail in another county??? Why??? So he can abuse OTHER kids??? This creep needs to be STOPPED COMPLETELY!!!
You did good by "your kids", Sundance! They're your niece and nephew? I forget. He may have pleaded "not guilty" but is he going to stand trial?? I certainly hope so. I'm hoping that Jessica's Law is in place in that state! Am I remembering right or wrong, but isn't the mother really rough with them, too? What about that? Keep us posted, please.

No i'm not related to them any way at all.. their mother was on one of my sites.. so was the step dad.
He is out on bail because someone gave him the money to I guess, he wont stay out for long. He will have a ton of kiddie porn changes against him that is enough to send him away for a long time. He has pleaded not guilty for the sexual abuse, but I don't think that will pan out, he'll go away. No the mother wasn't rough, she was just more clueless, and I think unnerved.. it's a long story with her. The kids went off to social services, but I believe she has them back now. But the abuser cannot have any contact with the kids, or her.

I talked to the mother.
She told me he was arrested on Monday, kissed her goodbye and told her see you soon. ****EXTREME TRIGGER**** PLEASE READ IF YOU DON'T TRIGGER EASILY! He has plead not guilty. She had no idea what happened, the police were never involved or aware until I got hold of some people in the UK and go social services investigasting. He was sexually abusing the kids 3-4 times a week, did everything but raped them...  The oldest got the worse of it, but he was targetting his own baby boy, getting him preped I guess you could say for him to be his next victim.The confinscated the computers, looking for child porn, he aparently showed her son's eldest some kiddie porn on his computer. He's such a brave boy... The mom has to make a statement come Monday- I'm talking to her about it. She feels so guilty, a terrible mother. Social services took them away all 5 children but the children said that their mother did not know all that was going on, and now the kids are all at home... The step dad is far away from the children and her, not allowed any contact. Such a sad, sad story. The boys will be going into therapy. Can't right anymore. Chokes me up, but I got him out of the house.

What bothered me most is that she lied to me, she said that she got the cops in and made a statement back in December, come to find out this afternoon that that did not happen. Aparently he told her to lie. I don't know if he knows that I was the one that got him arrested. I suspect that he messed with one of my site prior to him being arrested Monday.... No proof though. I cannot believe though that as a mother knowing her oldest son approached her with this, she kicked him out but allowed him back in the house and didn't phone the police. I cannot get over that. The only complaint this monster got was when I had him investigated and arrested, he's been doing it 3-4 times a week for 14 months!!!! Gets me so rattled.

i can't help but to imagine the various and overwhelming feeligs that I would feel if my abuser (who lives close) were to be caught, especially sinced he's been accused more. i know words wouldn't be able to express my joy at him no longer hurting another child. you're incredibly brave. please take very good care of yourself right now. kd

She has told her boys who she thinks got that monster out of the house, I told her openly to tell her kids if they want to know and plant kisses on there heads for me. I live in Canada and they are in the UK, but I hope this is something that wont forget. I just hope that he does not find out who I am...

((((hugs)))) he is the one who got himself arrested, for the horrible behavior of his.... you "just" helped it go faster.
IDK how much more involved you wish to be, can you (do you want to) obtain copies of the police report and see just how much of YOUR information is on it? I think, if you fear any retribution, then you could then show (or have the copy of report handy to show) local police if you ever see someone suspicious in your neighborhood. That way they will know you aren't "just being paranoid." You know? Please stay safe.
