and stuffy and couging. Yuck. I cant breath out of my nostrils and I was up half the night coughing. My eyes burn and are watery. I cant rest. I feel hot but yet my feet feel cold and I have sox on

I cant get sick now. I have so much to do. I have to move in about 2 weeks and so much is hanging over my head.

What I wouldnt give to breath outta my nose right now. It's freaking me out a little

You poor thing!! I had that for about 1.5 months, what I finally did,, I know it sounds bad, but take apple cider vinager poor about one teaspoonful into a regular cup of water, take a cotton ball and dip it in, put it in each side of the nostrils for about an hour or two.

Not sure if it'll work for you, but I read it online and it worked GREAT for me, It cleared my head and nose quick.

Do you have any of those Vicks things, they are in a kind of white plastic tube and you put the end of the tube to your nostril and inhale, it has menthol in it or something and it lets you breathe throuhg your nose... at least for a little while

I'm sorry you're feeling ill, try to baby yourself and you're feel better faster, hopefully .

I had some chicken soup earlier but I was feeling cloudy and spilled a little bit of it

I'm so sorry you're sick. Get all the moldy stuff out of the pocky! Throw out the dirty sockies, the moldy cheese, the months old shredded tissues, all of it!

What is mucinex? Is it a pill or stuff you put on your chest or what?

If you're not better by tomorrow, go to Urgent Care or Doc in a Box. You know what I mean, don't you? You might need antibiotics. If you are given antibiotics, make sure you buy acidolphilous and take lots and lots of it.

Sending you a warm blankie, flannel jammies and the softest of tissues for your poor little sore nose.

Its an OTC pill of Guaifenesin it makes the mucus thin out

I also remembered that I forgot to take my meds today till about an hour ago. I usually take them in the morning. and I didnt take it until 6pm.

Jen a friend of mine gave me this trick to do .

Get some water in a pot boiling and put a couple tbsps of Vicks in there and stir it around. Lower the temp but not enough to not let the water stay hot and steamy. Get a heavy towel and put your head over the pot with the towel covering your head and the pot so the heat and all that stays in. It helps alot. The Vicks opens it all up for ya so you can breath better. Course if you got a sinus infection your best bet is to get to the doctor. The sooner the better! Believe me I lived with those tihngs for most of my life. Take care hon and keep fluids goin in ya . Cut the milk and sugar products out as they will make you produce more "gunk' and make it thicker. Hopet his helps ya out. Take care!
