I am insistent on no meds. I've read too much about jumping from med to med trying to find the right one. My body is not a science experiment. I believe there are many more natural methods to treat my depression. I will be interested in following this thread to see what is working for others. Right now I am using light therapy but only with limited success.

My goal is to be med free, but for now I need meds to get to be where I want to be.
