Divorce trial tomorrow. X husband trying to pay as little as possible . Saying all my heart problems could of never been if i would of taken better care of myself. Hmmmm I have 3 doctors ready to testify against these things. I have a heart defect nothing could of pervented it from happening. Glad when tomorrow is over. I am scared. But not as scared as having open heart surgery twice in a year and still having symptoms. I will be on more after trial

Well the trial was suppose to be today. I want to thank everyone for supporting me during this time. Right before the trial was to begin my x started whispering to his lawyer. My x to be wanted to work something out. We were able to settle before the trial.(5 minutes before) I am not getting life alimony. Who knows if the judge would have gone for that or not but I did get 8 years of an amount that helps me not have to work for atleast a year and only a few hours part time for 8 years, which I am happy about. I have enough money from the sell of my house to get a second opinon on my heart condition. Still having symptoms of coranary artery cutting off again. Don't know if anything can be done after 2 open heart surgeries, but I am going to see one of the best doctors around to find out. Many years of practice and a Harvard Grad. He is known to be good in the area of heart transplants and difficult cases. I see him March 6th.

</div></font></blockquote><font class="post"> funny how he realized he wanted to settle at the last minute but how fortunate for you to not have to endure the stress of trial. we'll be thinking of you on the 6th for your new doc consultation.

until then take a load off and be really gentle with yourself after ramping up for trial......you've won a few of the battles and that's better than total defeat. rest up for the next round with the doc in March.
