((((((((((lostone)))))))))))

Sorry you're having a rough time. I wish you didn't have to go through that. Take it easy for a couple of days...take care of yourself.

Lostone, I'm so sorry you're having such bad days! I live with depression and anxiety also. Do you see a therapist? Are you on any medications? You can control this stuff, you know! You don't have to suffer with it.

safe hugs if okay

Thank you for the thoughts..

I was seeing a therapist, but my I lost my insurance, so now I'm not. Although I still have alot of my ATIVAN left, thats the only medication I'm on right now. It helps.. but I forget to take a pill in the day sometimes, and when that happens,, the next two or three will be HORRIBLE.

Although today is ALOT better, still not 100% better, but ALOT. WHYYYYYYY

I hope you start feeling better too. Since you no longer have insurance, is there a possibility that you can get medical assistance through your local welfare office?

I have to go through welfare for my meds and medical. I hate being on it, but it's the only way to go for now.

Hang in there.
