Should I apply for jobseekers allowance just to help my parents with money?

The question says it all. But I am waiting for a course to start and I can't be on jobseekers if I'm on a course. I feel like they involving me with this money sistuation. Yes! it's all my fault F'ing hell. It's like they trying to put the blame on me. I wish they just killed me. They should have thought about having kids in the first place. I feel depressed too I miss someone

If your waiting for a course and currently looking for a job then by all means apply for jobseekers but i would be careful - if your situation isn't what you've told them you could get in HUGE trouble. Is there anyway you could get a part time job? Maybe sell some of your stuff or offer to help around the house more if you don't already and then perhaps your 'rents will back off. Either that or move out. My mum and i have a serious problem with each other. It got to a Harry Potter/Voldermort situation with us in the end...one of us had to die. Or move out lol hope you find the right solution.

I don't know what its like in Essex but im near north london and theres plenty of jobs. Just keep checking directgov.org or offer to do unpaid work experience and see if you get hired that way. Just keep trying, you'll get there

Have you ever heard of EDU- Employment Disability Unit? I was told about this from my CPN. He recommended I do this since I want to get back into work. Pretty much they can help get you into work and at the same time give you support. I am on ESA- Employment Support Allowance and he says I would still get that and work and if I couldn't manage working then my benefit would not be affected.

Maybe worth checking it out?

You have to fill up an application and then you will get an interview.... I have mines tomorrow- ekkkk!!!
