No dear nightowl YOU ARE NOT stupid.
You hurt. It doesn't matter right now if you cannot reason with the whys of your hurt. What matters is you are in pain and I want to support you and let you know people care. I am sorry you are struggling with memories that are tormenting you right now. Is there someone you can call IRL? Can you talk more to us about what is going on in your mind? How can we surround you here and help keep you safe?

Sounds as though your going through a rough time....I'm sorry to hear that nightowl2.
Don't be so hard on yourself. What's so bad in your life that makes you feel this way? The best solution for pinned up frustrations is letting it out. Talk about it, either hear, with a friend, or a family member. Do not hurt yourself......later you will regret those scars. You will one day feel better. Look up Desirae

I am sorry you feel so lost and you may be lost...but you are not those bad things you say....I do not know what to do to help you feel some better but I am around PC a lot and when you wanna talk or if you can..I will listen ...SAFE HUGS
