Hello! I am just now venturing into the message board part of this excellent site; I've spent quite a bit of time looking through the helpful information.
 I should introduce myself. I'm "smoj", a 30-something woman with a history of mild to moderate depression and anxiety. I don't know exactly what to say other than that, so I'll just stop and sit back and read some threads. |
