I am feeling especially tearful tonight.

There is no real reason other than I am overloaded with work and not getting it done. I am spending time here when I should be working (my own fault). My son is giving me hassles. My husband is moody. I have PMS. I haven't gone to gym in the last week because of the work load. My pc crashed. My house, though spotless, feels like an absolute mess. I feel fat. I feel ugly. I feel overwhelmed. I said I wasn't going to drink and I didn't buy - major accomplishment for me. Didn't last!
Not so nice people moving into the house right next to me. And it is hot - my office becomes unbearable by late afternoon.

Sorry - please don't feel the need to offer suggestions to the above. I am not looking for any - just looking for comfort of any sort - whilst I am feeling somewhat sorry for myself.

Thank you for letting me be me. I think!

((( Sabrina )))

If you lived here, we could be office-mates and get our work done during the day, go to the gym together each morning or evening, and then when you go home, then you could walk into your spotless house and spend relaxed time with your family.

Oh - and I forgot to add that the outside of my house was painted today (long overdue - it was started a year ago). The paint that was used had gone "off" and while still being good enough to paint with (apparently). IT STINKS. My whole house smells of dog-do!!!

UGH

I worked for a company that makes anti-mold additives for paint. I had no idea that paint could become moldy. I think they also sell some stuff that you can add to old paint before you apply it. Too late now, I guess.

Peee-ewwww!

Sounds like you need about 4 squares of some DARK CHOCOLATE.... my personal doctor recommends it for female patients during that dreaded PMS time - TRY IT!! - you will be AMAZED!

Thanks my friend! I lean towards the salty stuff, which of course DOES NOT help being bloated in any way.

If I ate dark chocolate though - it would be two or three huge slabs!!!!!

I'm so sorry that things are rough for you right now. I can so relate to the PMS thing, too. Don't ya just wish Mother Nature would only come seasonally, instead of monthly???

Hang in there. We are here if you need us.

It has to be DARK chocolate. I am not real fond of the dark because I like sweet but it does release the same endorphins. What a great perscription. I hope you feel better later today and can have a good evening,

(((((((((Sabrina))))))))))) I am so sorry youj are having a hard time right now. Personally I could eat a slab of chocolate myself whether or not I was having PMS. I hope you are starting to feel a bit better. Take care.

Hi Sabrina.
I have a great idea for you. Take some time to yourself and race down to the nearest spa. Get a facial and a massage and a steam. Then go on a long walk afterwards. You will feel relaxed afterwards, I promise.
I am hoping that you are feeling better now and the smell is going away from your home.

luv ya,

Thanks Brian! I just walked back from gym and was threatened by a vagrant Tearful tonight! I usually walk with pepper spray but didn't today and with my mood as it is, it was just as well as I would have squirted him generously!! Anyway - that got my adrenaline pumping.
I am feeling a bit better today - not so tearful - now along with pumping adrenaline - I need to stop yawning.
