hey, onebluegirl - i hear you! frankly, i don't know of many people who are 100% sure of what they are doing. the only way to figure out life is to experience it. from experience comes knowledge. knowledge calms fears. the best thing you can do for yourself is get out of bed! it is okay to make mistakes because that is how you learn. if you learn from your mistakes then you will grow to be a wise person. you can do it! get out of bed, have a cup of coffee and something to eat and try some new things. keep trying until you find what you like and what you don't like. that experience will build a life. good luck to you!!
Thanks for this!

I completely agree with the above... Life is scary sweetheart, but if its an actual fear that affects you physically, you may just want to talk to someone regarding anxiety disorders, I have been there, but no magic pill made it go away, time and GETTING OUT OF THAT BED did. I wouldnt go far, but I went somewhere. I wouldnt talk much, but Id talk. baby steps. Goodluck

I agree with all the above posts. I get like that sometimes, I have to force myself up and it does work. Don't be so hard on yourself. We are all here for a reason, sometimes I know it doesn't seem like it but we are. You are not alone I am scared too, we must get out of bed tho to find the reason we are here, it will happen I have faith.
