Normally I write about major life issues. Some of you might even think that I am a drama queen (like my mom does), but today is something different. It might even be concidered an accomplishment to those that have read my posts. so here it is the great news.

MY BEST THERAPY

I HAD A NIGHT OUT AND ENJOYED IT !!!!

I went for supper with my husband and no baby.
We went to a really popular resturant that was really crowded and I didn't have a panic attack.
We went to a movie called "just friends" (absolutely hilarious and was taped in my home city - Regina). It was a great mind clearer.
We went for coffee and had a long deserved chat. It was like I could breath again getting everything off of my back.
We went home and relaxed and had enjoyable SEX SEX SEX. (which hasn't happend in at least 5 months or more)

Everything was so great!!!!!
I really needed a relief day. It was long over due. MY BEST THERAPY
