I am so proud of myself because I got to the gym today. I've put it off and put it off, but I did it today. I think I enjoyed the endophins, but my legs were sure complaining (I was using the stationary bike.) I think my meds are starting to work and that was why I had the motivation to go (although it still required a little bit of forcing myself to go.)

I totally understand this elated feeling. I have been going to the gym since November and have had more "off" days that "on" and have had many moments of finding convenient excuses not to go. The endorphin feeling didn't even change my my mind on my off days. But I love it anyway and will truly TRY to go everday.

What you are doing is wonderful. Well done!!!!

That's great LD, exercise is not only great for the body, but for the mind as well. I could benefit from some myself.

It also makes you more energized, so later you may not have to convince yourself as hard....lol.

That's really good that your getting up and go go going. It takes alot of guts to do so.....congrats to you!

Hi,

I feel good because I went for a walk today with my Great Pyrenees/Great Dane "puppy". It was cool, but not cold. I came back feeling exhilarated.

Thanks, Laura, for sharing your breakthrough yesterday.
