You bet that's a start. In fact - you beat me by a couple of hours. 3pm is what I manage on a "brilliant" day.

Hmmm - that damn (is this word allowed?) smile - trying to make it happen but it lies under a pile of poop (or whatever). I hate these days too! Hate hate hate them. ((((((Rhaposdy)))))

They have and are.................. he just went thru one of his withdraw weekends and it has left me feeling lonely and unwanted - not to mention the old lies that my wounded heart & mind keeps trying to tell ME (they speak loud when I am hurting).

Ah! Now that I can understand. Hurting and loud unwelcome voices - I know them too well.
Wish I could help somehow!  My one is out tonight "for drinks" - left me feeling lonely and sad - even though I happily give him his space. Those lies my friend ..... they are OLD!!!! Just reminding you! (As if you didn't know)! Hugs to you!!

THANKS............................ I am starting to feel a little better (the talking / venting helped) and now I am able (thanks to your words) to see that what I was and am feeling is not REAL or even actually TRUE..... just old wounds trying to destroy ME again.
