Been there, I came here with no patience for anything..

Do you think there could be anything contributing? For example stress at work or a high caffeine intake? There could be anything that's keeping you simmering and then a mild irriatation makes you boil over.

Talk about this with your doctor

Hi soris,

I'd recommend talking with your doctor about the changes as well.

Lots of different things could be the cause.

I have experienced the dream-like situations many times. Usually, the cause is high stress and I dissociate. I can hear myself talking, observe things moving, etc. but I am not actively taking part in it. Very surreal and uncomfortable for me.

Best wishes to you!
