Some people believe suicide is selfish. I feel selfish hanging on to life trying to heal. I feel like a burden I get so overwhelmed and it paralizes me. I am tired of being told to grow up, knock it off,get over it you faker. I know what skills I need to do to chang e this but feeling rushed makes the anxiety worse and then I accomplish nothing. Is there a time limit to healing yourself?

Nope, no time limit. Ignore negative people and their remarks and try to focus on what is positive. You know which path will lead you to healing. Go ahead and follow it
