Sorry, I'm at the start of exams, and my counselling ended, and me emotionally was a bit off and a zillion (okay, not really) other things.

Well, I'm having major computer problems. I'm missing everyone very badly.

That new antivirus program I downloaded pretty much killed my computer. I can't access my help files, system restore is non-operational (bad, very bad!), and I can't access any javascript at all...so I'll probably have to uninstall everything and then reinstall it...without that new antivirus program!

Lexicon, which antivirus program is causing you trouble?
Goodness, that strikes me as a MAJOR headache!
Personally, I stick with McAfee, their an excellent anti-virus software company.
Is it an anti-virus program or an anti-spyware package?

I was away for a few days, but am back now. And I'm gone again on Sunday (7th) until the 14th. I'm away at a conference, and won't have access to the internet!

Hi everyone!

Just so people know, I won't be back on until NEXT Sunday (the 15th?)

I'm going to a conference that goes for a week (7th to the 14th), and won't have access to a computer, let alone the internet. *sigh* (I have a slight computer addiction, so this should be interesting).

The reason why I'm leaving this site should come as some happy news to those who've listened to me vent these last few weeks.

My roomate is coming back from the hospital!!!

She's been in for THREE weeks, but she's finally coming back to residence tomorrow afternoon. I've got to get the apartment cleaned, because I've made a bit of a mess while she was away. And then I've got to help her get things in order because she hasn't fully healed or anything, she's just good enough to be discharged. I'm loving the fact that she's back, even if she annoys me at times.

Anyways, those are my reasons for not being on for just over a week. I'll post again after I come back to say how everything went.

Thank you for starting this thread, Rainbowzz! I'm checking in...errrr, almost a year later.

Update since my last post: the past year hasn't been so great. I've tried to work a part-time, temporary job, but after a week at the most, the anxiety/depression sets in and I can't make it to work. My pdoc told me months ago that I needed to apply for disability. Am in the process of this plus Medicaid and Food stamps.

The weirdest thing about my illness is time distortion. My way of "coping" is to "hide out." I don't mean to cut myself off from people, but in not keeping in contact, that's what inevitably happens.

Anyway, I have not participated here, on my online diary, or even gone to church (which I love) for what I "thought" was maybe 4-5 months. When I start adding up time, it has been a YEAR!!!! I am so sorry I dropped off the radar. Please know it was not intentional.

You all are so wonderful and supportive. I have not posted much yet as I'm trying to catch up where I left off with some of your situations.
