.. are you doing right now?

After blabbing a bit about not posting anymore I find myself just home from work at 10pm after an 13.5 hour day and with a couple of things more to finish off before I can sleep.

On the plus side, I have been too busy to eat all day so I have ordered pizza (oink!) and poured a glass of a beaujolais I've been meaning to try. But I did go for a 45 minute walk down the beach by work this afternoon, although I got wet in a sunshower.

And at work we just won a huge ($200,000) research job for Trade and Enterprise NZ. So more business to come So what ...

So this might be nosey ... but I would love to know what other people are doing right now.... or will do when they wake up tomorrow ... whether it be logging on here or looking after the baby or working or whatever ...

But I'm curious, so Imma gonna ask anyway

So what ... So what ...

Right now, I'm sitting at the computer typing. Just prior, I was sitting in my wheel chair at the open front door, watching it rain... at 5:11 am.

Don't know what will happen when the sun comes up. Maybe I'll call and make a dr's appointment, maybe I'll find a way to go buy a new box spring and some slats for a new bed. Maybe I'll exchange angry words with the housemate that will be getting ready to move, whether he changes his mind or not.

Right now, I'm going back to the open front door, watch it rain, and catch parts of a very old X Files rerun. So what ...

I just finished washing dishes, picking up toys, picking up clothes and wet towels, feeding the dogs. I am going to try to get to bed early and read a bit. Try!

Yes, most of the action here happens when I am asleep and then when it is midday for me, more often than not there are only about 2 people on line!

I should get to bed soon, but I really am not tired right now. Oh well, guess I will regret it tomorrow.

It's 8 p.m. here right now. I got home from work about two and a half hours ago, warmed up some leftover refried beans for dinner, with cheese and avacados and salsa (the kids had made plain white rice and it just didn't appeal to me, although it would have gone along with what I had if they had saved me any, but I didn't ask them to). Then I got on the computer and read my newsgroup for class, in between trying to get the kids to clean up the mess they left in the kitchen, and going to get them from outside when their friends called on the phone. A cat and a dog took turns sitting on my lap. Pretty boring, huh?
