I've been feeling like someone is watching me, but only if I'm alone, like if everyone else is sleeping or if I'm home alone. I even have checked closets and rooms to make sure no ones in it an when I open a closet door I feel like someone's going to jump out. I was thinking about it last night before I feel asleep at 11 pm. I woke up at midnight, then at 4 am, and a 2 more times before 6 am, then I couldn't get back asleep and I don't know why. Does anyone have any advice or anything?

My advice? Tell your doctor. I had the same problem, except I was actually seeing shadows.
And if you don't want to tell your doctor, keep questioning your thoughts. Ask yourself, 'is there a reason why someone would be watching me?' 'who or what could it be?' 'is this logical?'.

I have to check the locks on all the doors before I go to bed because I feel like someone will come in and slit my throat if I don't. Not a very rational fear, as I live in the middle of a middle class suburban neighborhood, but still. I'd second what MaDdSnow said.

Sometimes I sense things that aren't there, it kinda feels like being watched...or maybe its just spiritual entities of some sort I can't really say for sure. Either way it typically does not bother me too much unless it feels like a negative presence.
