Hi All,

First off, I have never walked off the job before or even so much as left without giving notice. But, the job I walked off of has been less than accommodating. When I was on crutches I fell at work twice because there are no disabled accommodations, the bathroom doors are heavy and you have to go through three of them before you get to the bathrooms. No incident report, just a "we hope you're okay" email. So many different things have gone wrong that pushed me to set aside my moral compass and do what was best for me; walk out.

I am honestly very proud of myself.

I did that once too. Sometimes we hvae to think of ourselves and just do what's best for us.

I walked out once. Sometimes, you have no other choice. Make sure you file a claim with the local EEOC and OSHA. Good luck! (take good care of you)
