I finally got through to social assistance.
AND They are doing an emergency RX refill for me today, and are getting the ball rolling on getting me on assistance within the next couple of weeks, at least until my EI kicks in. ~Whew~ I was down to three pills and got really worried there. She said we should be able to do it by tonight. AND She was incredibly nice to deal with, one of the nicest ive run into. She made everything simple and didnt make a big deal and explained everything in a way that I could understand. She even is going so far as to deal with me through email as I dont have any cell minutes right now and Im on prepaid. I just am SO thankful that at least, if nothing else, I wont have to worry about my medications. |
