I can relate to your first "take me with you" feelings......sometimes when I haven't been out much, & don't really want to do a whole lot, I just want to ge able to just Get out for even a drive to somewhere & then back home......nothing more than that.

So glad you have Amber to be your close family.....taking her (or her taking you) for a walk is a great way to bond more & get some fresh air while you are at it.

A two slurpy dog.....how cute......those doggie kisses are the best kisses in the world. I have dog kissy experiences with Leo. You know how people usually have treats in their hand & then ask doggie to either "sit" or "down".......well......I have a new one with Leo. I hold the treat, then ask him to "kiss, kiss". He immediately gives me a couple of his slurpy doggie kisses. I never thought he knew what kiss kiss meant, but he sure surprised me & has added that to his "sit, & down" that he does. I just with I could train him to not chase the cats as easy as the kiss.

Hopefully Amber will be able to help you through the rough times you are going through.....It is hard to know that what is happening is for the best, even though it is rough to go through. Hope it will get easier with time...& the desire for independence & peace in your life will get you through this also.
