tried to make it a day with wife made it thru breakfast ok than after that down hill started getting that feeling like i was doing something wrong started getting worried i was boring her came home and was going to try no go back out but i just started getting paranoid and depressed just wanted to stay in where i feel more comfortable then start thinking just flushed a day with the peron who cann actually put up with me and my problems well thats the end of my day out

So you revised your goal to breakfast out. This is not a bad thing. Revising goals so you can meet them is not failure, it's taking one step at a time. So you succeeded in going out for a little bit. That's a good first step.

you might have overthought the whole process while you were out thinking how to impress this person. Thats gunna make you feel paranoid and anexity. You just have to be yourself and not worry so much about what the person across the table thinks of ya. Be who ya wanna be ya know
