I decided, after being cut off from my pdoc, with no meds (my decision mostly as I don't like chemicals in meds), I decided to try to balance my mood by healthy living hopefully.

So I'm curious, I've dabbled with google on mood foods but does anyone here know good foods to help anxiety, depression, nerves, irritability, energy etc? I'm trying the natural way, no chemicals not even the herbal vitamins. Any advice?

fruits and veggies. fish oil is called natures prozac. eat plenty of fish if you dont want to take a pill. bananas and turkey contain tryptophan which converts to serotonin for mood enhancement. yogurt and some meats contains tyrosine which help with focus and concentration. soy/lecithin and eggs are good and i feel it has an antipsychotic effect i could name a few supplements that may make you feel better, but they are herbal remedies as well.
Thanks for this!
