WOW! That's long and difficult! I answered most of the questions but will read the outcome later.

YES.... getting to know ones self from the inside out is a very life long process, therefore, so is the evaluation - lol.

YES.... there are questions that you should be able to PRINT out after you are done.

Click on "Part 2" or something like that. It gives you the results for the first part... if you want to take the test again. First Look . . . Self Evaluation

That was very difficult for me.. Especially since the one thing I would change is something I can not do anything about.... specifically my MS, my attitude is one thing but the restrictions of my body are another... this is how I find life to be so hard... any clues?

Dear Walkswithspiritbear,

I would have to say that what you are dealing with is one in the same..... both the mental and the physical is controled with a Positive Attitude.... I have suffered with RA since I was 12 years old (38 now, all most 39) and I can tell you that my bad days and my worse than death days have all been dealt with by keeping a POSITIVE outlook in life, love and with people - no matter what my body throws at me.

I do what I can with my good days and then I leave the rest behind, with no worries.... Hakuna-Matata (sp ?)

Does that make any sense................ ? ? ?
