From my own experience I would say YES.... for when we release our inner pains / wounded emotions it can and will effect the body - the holding place of all good & bad that takes place in life (past & present).

Rhapsody I'm really wondering is this is why I was so sick.

I came home from T around 8pm. Was upset about T. With the DID I don't remember anything about what was said or happened during the session. Took me awhile to calm down and get to sleep. A little before 1am I woke up with me stomach. I couldn't sleep and when I fell asleep I had an accident while asleep. someone talk to I was sick most all day yesterday. I couldn't do anything but laid on the couch. And as quickly I became sick, I became well. Was just like all of a sudden it was gone. Felt fine and hungery like nothing had ever been wrong. Weird!!

Thanks for listening everyone
Monty

YES....... I would say that your body was reacting to all the trash that has gotten jammed up inside of it (like plumbing pipes) and now it is trying to find a way out.... hence the sick feeling.

I think I feel it the most in my stomach. That feeling like it's coming up in your throat. And I feel so tried. I can't even open my eyes. Just want to lay there until it goes away.

Have alot of the vomiting and the diarrhea. But before any of my stomach symptoms happened. I had a horrible headache and dizziness.

Monty Girl,

Can you call your doctor for some medicine?

Make sure to drink plenty, otherwise you will get dehydrated.

Hugs,
EJ

I hope you feel better soon. It sounds to me like reaction, especially since you felt so much better afterwards. I'm no doctor though - perhaps you should contact yours to check this out?

Be well; be safe

It could be a reaction but you might still want to check it out. I know I can get dizzy if I think too hard on something. I hope you feel better and stay feeling better. As for the forgeting what was said in session, I can relate. My T asked me a question. Then, she asked me why I was acting weird. I said "I don't know." But, I lacked any conscious thoughts at that moment and lost the question that she had ask. Lucky for me, I have only done that once and suspect that the question worked itself out in some odd way. (I think I know what the question had to do with).

Coulda been a combination, Sounds a lot like food poisoning to me, hon. What had you eaten 8 hours (or so) before synptoms hit? Top that off with a tough t session....... then headache and both ends blow, geeze, which what is who anyhow? Glad your'e over the hump.

I recently read an article on how common a touch of food poisoning is.... we dismiss it as a touch of flu or this or that but, really it's usually from eating food that has sat around waiting to be served for too long. Hot or cold.

I know how uncomfortable silence can be....it brings lonliness and all those ugly thoughts we have inside our heads. I hate that.

It's okay, PC heres for you if it gets to quiet. Even the clicking of the keyboard is better then nothing.

I hope by now your not feeling like you were feeling at that moment, whatever it was. I'm hoping your feeling a little better by now.
