Maybe it's just me. I dunno. Been back at work three weeks. Finding it hard to keep it together. Its wierd I either feel numb and can't take anything in, this wierd jittery feeling kinda like butterfly excited sorta thing where I have to keep very busy. Then this angry kinda one that is causing me to snap and cry. I dunno what I'm trying to say. Guess I need some ideas holding it together. Sorry. Thanks

Are you in therapy? I ask because therapy has helped me enormously. Knowing yourself, what kinds of things usually help you with emotions like this?

I've tried. Attend sessions. Do homework. All just going thru the motions. I just want some level of functioning.

I don't want to feel like this. It's not how I am. I'm not an aggressive person I can't deal with feeling like hitting people. So. Strong
