My neighbor that lives next to me has been evicted and today is his last day. I am so glad. Ever since his wife left him he's been a nightmare. He comes over like 20xs a day can I borrow this can I use your phone can I can I can I. If I hear that from him again I think I'll scream. Right now he owes me $12 which I know isn't a huge amount of money but I was going to use that for groceries this week. So now I have to get groceries from my parents house. I hate doing that. I asked him last Friday when he got paid if I could have the money because I was taking his couch to the dump along with mine so he wouldn't get a ticket for having it out on the front porch. He said yea I'll pay the whole thing I said great and also remember you said you'd be here to help load it in the truck. Well Friday rolls around and no money, Saturday rolls around and no Raymond to help load it so Dad and I just kind of figured out how to get it in the truck without having to lift it too much. We got to the dump and it ended up to be more than what they quoted me and I told him he said ok I'll get you the money then he disappeared. I told him today that I left my door open for him to leave the money on the table when he got the deposit back from his fridge and I expected it to be there or I'd sic his wife on him. I highly doubt the money will be there. Oh well at least he won't be around to bug me.

I really don't blame you!

It sounds like this guy is a real leech! Not a good quality in my book.

ARGH! I used to have a neighbor like that! In fact him and his mom and dad! They'd get their SSI on the first and by the time the week was over, they'd be at my house wanting to "borrow" cat food, groceries, etc. In fact, the kid asked Jerry if he would lend him $2000 for a laptop!! I am sooooooooooo glad its the 31st Hell! They never replaced or paid for all the stuff the supposedly "borrowed"!!

It's been sooooooooo peaceful since they moved to Colorado last summer!! I am sooooooooooo glad its the 31st

While I believe you should be able to get the money you're owed, sometimes I agree with Judge Judy: That $12 is a small price to pay to have him out of your life! I am sooooooooooo glad its the 31st

Well I guess I just spent the money because he's gone and I have no money. It kind of irks me but it should surprise me he never does what he says he will do. I'm just glad he's gone and now his wife is really mad because he didn't tell her where he was moving to just that he got evicted and that he was leaving. I feel bad for her little boy. Andrew doesn't deserve a dad like that. I just hope that someday Andrew will have a dad that loves him like he should be loved.
