They say we learn something new everyday.

That's one reason why there is a tomorrow.

Today I learned there's a gopher snake living in the bunny yard taking care of rodents.

I love learning. It seems like there is always something I want to know more about that what I know. Even at the age of 53, I am planning to continue taking college classes once I get moved. I know that riding my horse & learning dressage is definitely something that I can continue learning the rest of my life. Caring for my horses & learning about their care, feeding, breeding......etc. will be a life long learning process. I enjoy playing my flute.....there is always continual learning & practicing with that.

I have found that the more things I love doing, the more things there are to learn. I remember when I was in college getting my BS. It took me more than 4 years to get my degree because I changed majors several times. Everyone told me I was a professional student. Even once I graduated, my engineering career required continual learning as the field continued to expand with new things. It was hard to even keep up to date.....but it felt good to relize I wasn't being too left behind.

Of course, the other side of realizing how much we need to learn can be getting overwhelmed by the amount of what we need to keep learning. That can be exhausting in itself, but I always feel so good & satisfied when I keep learning things.

You are correct in your statement.....of always learing something new everyday....it does give us a reason for tomorrow.
