Sometimes I feel like I'm in a constant rush. When I'm studying, I read quickly and I try to rush. I don't know if this linked with a disorder but I was just wondering.

I feel this way when I leave the house especially to shop like for groceries...rush, rush, do this do that, gotta get home. Drives me crazy. I'm having to watch my time with my work and it carries over into personal life. You are just like most everyone else. We are a product of our society!

I feel like this too, and I have no idea why. I always feel like I'm in a mad rush, and there's NO reason to feel that way at ALL. I don't work, so I'm not on a schedule. No one is waiting for me. Sure, I have family at home, but there's no time limit.

I don't know why I feel like this. It's insane. And i drive too fast too. LOL I have to make sure I put the cruise control on cause I'll speed for SURE. LOL
The older I get, the faster I drive -- and that doesn't make sense either. I thought as you got OLDER, you drove slower. I'm 63 and i drive like I'm 16. I must be having my 2nd childhood. LOL

I think it's anxiety-related. I noticed this when I was grocery shopping recently, so I purposely slooowed down my movements - walking, looking, reaching. I found it was relieving. I've used that technique at other times, but this was the first time to use it at the grocery store.
