People are often frustrated with my inability to remember things and occasionally I will look at things and can't remember having done it even though I must have, it's extreemly irritating but I was wondering when I should seek some help for it? I've never done anything wrong or illegal it's things like putting up an avatar for my profile that I have no clue where I got it or how I put it there, or eating breakfast and not remembering it, or forgetting that I haven't eaten at all some days. I also forget things people have told me to do if I am doing something else at the time. Is this something I should worry about? I'm 31 btw.

Have you talked to your doctor about it? If you are here you may have a psych issue. I don't know anything about you. But your doctor should check you out.
I have PTSD and Have same thing happen..doesn't mean you have same thing..only your doc can tell you..but for me - it is normal symptom that should go away as I heal. I was very afraid at first & was taught some safety/ coping mechanisms by my T.

if you are talking here about it then it is obviously worrying you, so I'd say it is time to get it checked out before you forget to worry about it!
Thanks for this!

Sometimes people have so much going on that you simply can't remember everything. I live a simple life so I do not forget that much. But I also used to take a supplement to try and boost my memory and attention to detail. It's called Focus Formula, says it helps with memory/recall/concentration. I paid like 12 or 13 bucks for 60 pills. The important part is the ingredients which are pretty well known about. Basically it takes vitamins plus all the best stuff like ginkgo biloba and omega-3 and puts in one easy pill. It's basically a super smart natural food pill.

This is a 14 good ingredients in the pill. I would post a link but since I'm a new member I can't yet.

Food is our medicine and medicine is our food.
Make sure you eat enough protein (fish, eggs, milk, chicken, beef etc) and don't go overboard with sugar or junkfood.

If you have any questions about it, I've gone through maybe six packs of it in the last year. I used to take it regularly but now I don't feel a need for it so I take it only when I'm having a rough week. It basically will help you create more and stronger cells/connections in your brain.
