im not sure if i said what i wanted to say correctly.

its not just about voices. its that and having a sense of thinking people are there. or needing to express something to someone but you mime it and talk it out loud - then people may see you. for me too having the sense that people around me are watchingg me so i "communicate" with them thinking they are in my own conversation. i also have the sense that private investigators are mic'ing me - you know. so i talk to them out loud and try to voice my opinion of what they are doing. which many times has turned me in yelling in stores and places to myself - i actually had the police called on me and i was taken to hospital. i think random people may mic me so i talk to them out loud.

i have more examples but i hope my point is across better.

this is a big thing for me. im so glad to found this thread.
