A counselor and a therpist said I was fragmented.. I have no idea what that means. I am in no need of counseling at this time, but this popped up and I am not sure why it wasn't discussed when in therapy.........

Just a lil note to add that I am amazed how open folks are here with their feelings and what is going on in their lives.. I am not able to be so open............Maybe someday I will be.........

Hi Radio Flyer What does fragmented mean?????

It is good to see you again.

I am unsure as to what fragmented means in regards to depression. I thought it meant broken into smaller pieces....maybe they want you to work on various areas to get the whole picture? Putting the pieces together possibly?

Hopefully someone else may have a better understanding.

Take care and keep posting.

What does fragmented mean?????

Hi Heather,

Good seeing you too. Love your animated signature......

I did a search online of fragmented.. Yikes.. IT covers a lot. From BorderlinePersonality, Schizophrenia, Narcissim Disorder and DID.and more..... Merci, I say ... Was way too much info for me to digest/discern.

To be honest, I don't think I fit in any of those categories....There wasn't much in my search that just simply defined fragmented.... So I guess what you wrote is easiest to understand and makes sense.....

Thanks .. Smile
