Constant feeling of failure and disappointment. What can I do with that? Write it on a piece of paper and dig a big hole and bury it! I don't know but it makes the whole living life thing seem rather pointless. Pfft!

I have been in that space before. I can sympathize. I have live in the moment to get out of it.

Hey Pegasus - Why do you feel like a failure? Why are you always disappointed? Can you expound on that a little?

I can see feeling like that ONCE in awhile, but not all the time! Just from reading your posts HERE, I certainly do NOT see you as a failure! Heck NO.

So talk to us, huh? Please? Gentle hugs, Lee

Hi Pegs

I like Optimize's "Live in the Moment" idea. Sometimes concepts are so large in scale that it seems pointless to understand exactly what a solution or even the definition.

Moving forward is the only option. Sometimes when I get into "Protection/Overload Mode" all I can do is decide the best choice for the very next task I have ahead of me.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but I wanted to let you know how helpful your are here at PC

Surround yourself with positive things and sayings, dont watch or read anything negative. I download pictures off of google and read things like "the heart of abundance" by Candy Paul, or "The secret" "The power" and reference to it anytime I am even feeling the least bit low, now its an instant pick me up. I used to wonder why I would bother reading these things, it eventually sinks in and you regain faith in yourself.

Another book that has helped me is Coach yourself to success by Talane Miedaner, it made me realize how much crap I hold onto that I dont need and how much crap I tolerate that I dont need to tolerate and once you get rid of things you make room in your life for the things that really matter. I get the concept of keeping life simple and not having clutter in your life tangible and intangible clutter.
