I've been feeling very off centered lately. Just a build up of negative engery. I'm in need of serious cleaning of my energies. Think my broken ankle has really drained my engeries. This is the first time that I've ever felt my energies so off balanced. Does anyone know of any good ways to recenter? I'm going to clean and meditate this week-end if able. I know I need to stop where I'm at and regroup and center.

might help to turn ringer off phone, take longgggg bubble bath, if you have any lavender spray in all rooms, put calming music on and if you like to read pick your favorite book and forget everyone focus on you

angie made very good points. lavender will help calm you and center you. a good bath is always helpful for me. a nice book, without interuptions. be good to yourself....xoxoxo pat

Music heals the soul. I used to have a sack that I kept lavender in and kept it in my pillowcase. But I've been out of lavender for awhile.
Your right I need to focus on me these next few days. Get so busy with daily life forget to sometimes stop. I'm not depressed or mentally upset. I'm just tired right now and need to stop and care for myself. Hugs, Lisa

LOL the only thing that gets in my way when I try to meditate is my cats. When I meditate I lay flat on the floor. So my cats have to come check out what's going on with mommy. Buddy likes to attack feet and likes to lick them to trickle me.

I've been really wanting my comfort food of mac&cheese. So I think I'll make up a pan of homemade mac& cheese. ( Tummy is talking about that just thinking about it ) Take a bath and lay down and focus on healing my body.
