Yesterday I snapped ... Today I feel bad for how the night went down. Some things you just can't take back.

Yes, hello! I agree. At this point some apologies might be in order. (Of course, I'm just guessing. I don't know what happened.) But the main thing is to try to assess why it happened and to try not to respond that way again.
