Nervous!!!!!

Since I've hurt my leg and is supposed to rest I phoned to cancel my app to see my welfare officer today. After a while she called back and asked if she could come to me instead. Ooooops.... I said; yes... Feels kind of strange having her here to talk about my issues... in my own home. I hope it goes well!!!!!! My welfare officer (kurator) is coming to our home in about an hour from now.
Wish me luck, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so very much all of you for caring about me!
I guess I got some good thoughts and ideas out of this visit. She was here for 2 hours.

Most of all I feel like this though:

Naked

taking off my pants
turning them inside out
contents from pockets- falling out
revealing
showing
standing naked on the floor
nothing left to hide
nude from head to toe
exposed
looked at
embarrassed
naked
this life of mine
ashamed
hurt
feeling low
now you know
it all
I do not want this
worthless

This is how I’m feeling now, after my welfare officer has left my home.

I don't know if "welfare officer" is the right english word... She's not a social worker... she works for the psychiatric care. Some words are a bit hard to translate in the right way.

I had one of my therapists come to my house once. It was awkward, and uncomfortable. Maybe you can talk about those feelings later on with her.

Would therapist be a good translation? That's a fairly general word. Social workers also do work in the psychiatric field - there are more than one kind of social workers. Well, we get the idea no matter what the word is. Sorry, I just have this fascination with languages, particularly Scandinavian languages.

I hope you are feeling okay now.
