I have really bad anxiety and stress . I don't know what to do I workout I hated it . Also I have lied to my boyfriend and he doesn't trust me . I need help . How can he trust me again . I love him and I know he loves me he wants to get help . Should we go to help . We've been through a lot . I also have a hard time testing other people I trust him but I'm really scared . I want this lying to stop . How can I he said he hot played be me and that I change my story . When we first met he said I can tell him anything and gel be an adult and I got scared and didn't tell him things until later on . This sucks do bad . Also when we argue I say things like go be with someone else how can u stop acting like a child and being immature . I know he never said those things only when he's mad but I think that and I need to stop it pissses him off .,I have lied to him about past things but I do tel him the truth . I'm almost 22 years old . I need help please .

Are you seeing a therapist? I think that would be the best way to get at why you are lying and to get it under control. And, yes, if you and your boyfriend are seriously planning a future together, then it would be a good idea for the two of you to see a counselor together.
