By therapist database, do you mean like a directory for people to look up therapists in their area?
Or would there be a forum where therapists would donate free time to answer questions that some of the members may have, something similar to Cam's Drug Question(s) forum?
In giving advice seek to help, not please your friend

Scheduled, directed chats on specific topics would be really nice. But the main thing I would like is to be able to see who is in chat before entering the chat room.

An "anger" section? A healthy place to vent our frustrations.

i would love to be able to see who is in chat, but I know that would take a great deal of programming that some of us do not understand.

Plus a weekly question from the doc would be cool, we would get to see how he feels about some thing and then how we all feel about it too..
Both woudl be a neat idea. to enhance our fourms

This feature is now available.

To use it, simply click on the number next to the Chat link on the top navigation menu. That number tells you how many people are in the chat room at any given time. When there are people in the chat room, this will tell you their usernames without having to enter chat.

Keep the great suggestions coming folks!!

Best,
DocJohn

yeah, I've had a company approach me about featuring their therapist database (like online yellow pages, letting you look for a therapist in your community) on here. But I wasn't really interested. I figured there's already enough places to look online and why should I feature just one database? I'll probably create a directory category, though, to list all the big ones to make it easier for folks...
