I went to my classes, the first for this semesters. I go to my third tonight. I'm already beginning to feel better, as if I was finally doing something with myself. I used to be terrified of being around people, but I also found that changing as well. Yesterday and the day before I was quiet, but when I was talked to I acted like myself. I had an interesting conversation with a classmate yesterday. We discussed legalizing marijuana, and segregation against smokers. It was cool, he was a nice boy.

The only embarrassment I have really is my car is a piece of junk on wheels, and everybody else's are nice. Like this one boy parked next to me, he drove a 2006 Mitsubishi...gorgeous car, when I saw him walking towards it, I wanted to jump in my hopdi and hide....lol. I could have hid under the trash my husband throws in the passenger seat floor....or under the car seats..lol.

Anyway, I'm happy yo get out, away from home on my own, and be around people around my age. It's cool. Whole entire mood changed, thanks to a good change.

Hi Desirae,

I am going back to school to next week, isn't a blast now that we are older? I too feel like I am doing something good and moving in the right direction. So what classes are you taking?

As far as your car, you are the one that counts not the fancy cars. This is just my opionon, but driving expensive cars just shows how irreresponsible people are financially. I mean spending 30,000 on up for a car that maybe you drive for 5 years, makes no finanical sense to me.
Besides you are a sweet girl, who cares what you drive, besides his parents might have bought him that car, not him. LOL Good luck in your studies. ;-)

Congradulations. This adventure will make a big difference in your life. I started my classes last week and although it is correspondence, the brain exercise is wonderful. What are you two taking? Anyone else taking courses? (Not meaning to hijack this thread of course)
