Im sorry but the dsm III (or as you call it dsm 3) is no longer in print. it was published way back in the 1950's and here in the USA we are on the DSM 5 now.

therefore the only place you may be able to read any part of the book you are looking for (DSM 3) is at your local library, that is if they still have a copy.

just in case you mis typed and are looking for the DSM 5 you can find it on the American Psychatric Associations DSM 5 website ...

If you have access to a college/university/medical library, you could search for it there. If not, this is the history of the manual and might tell you what you want to know?

You can also check used bookstores. Out of date reference is often in the clearance bin.

Out of curiosity I just checked the local libraries on-line, under keyword search I found they have copies of the DSM III R, all copies were in use but could be put on hold. There are also articles on the DSM III though the on-line web. Good luck.
