I was researching the topic of feeling unworthy . . . and came upon these TED talks. I thought they might be helpful to someone here. I found them insightful:

Note that you can get a transcript just below the video image by clicking the dropdown arrow and picking a language. When you do that, the transcript shows up. You can read the transcript instead of watching the video if you like, which is a lot faster.

I love Brene Brown so much. And her TED talks. We've watched them in my ED group. They are so empowering and inspiring.
