Ralph (Bucky) Phillips is considered one of the 10 most wanted men now and I'm terrified for my sister and here family cuz he was last seen in Ackley,PA she lives on top of the hill there and is surrounded by woods, they have been exacuated to the Russell Grade School until he is apprehended, we have not talked in over 4 years, but she is still my sister and I care about her, prayers needed

This is so weird, I haven't spoken to my sister in over three years. I was just speaking to my SIL about this today, on the news yesterday the city in which she lives (it's rather small and rural) someone is breaking into homes, and holding women at knifepoint upon waking them from sound sleeps. One of the homes shown, looked a lot like my sister's. Saw another newscast today, and a better view, it wasn't hers, but is not far from her home. SCARY. So, I kind of know how you have concern...she's still my sis too, even though she and I are not on speaking terms I still want her to be safe.

I pray they find this guy before he harms anyone, and that your sis and her loved ones will be safe.

Good, you all praying worked this time. Anyway, real frightening but when someone out there and we know it is good to pray. Anyway, under lock and key. Whoooo uuu.

I know when I was younger, men were out like that back at home in my hometown. Alot of sick ones are behind the metal bars and we must be grateful everyday to the Lord Jesus for his keeping women and children safer and preventing mishaps, which He truly does in tune with all other aspect of living and caring for our world and selves and others day to day. Praise the Lord.

as you all probably know......he is finally caught......i live very close to where he is...sometimes he was less than a half hour from my home.....it is such a relief to everyone to finally have him back in custody.....
