Being new here, I am trying to do the correct thing regarding posting in the correct 'spot' ... But, what if ...
![]() I know that I have several things wrong, I have a feeling that my daughter is suffering from some mental effected trauma, and I would like to delve into the behaviour of my ex/her father, in order to get some sanity from his actions... But, naming each and every thing ... is impossible for me!! ![]() I dont want to go over board and analyze every feeling right down to the last dot... but I am really keen to know if our things are actually REAL things... or are they just my imagination? How can I know? ![]() |

i try to remember that a label is just a handle, a creative short-cut to conversations. the label is only good for a few things, not really for much. perhaps it would do you good to consider what you would like to see being done differently in your life, and the lives of those you care about, and focus on that?
