Psychological Self-Help - new - Table of Contents

This is a book associated with the PC website. I didn't post this in "Self Help and Goal Setting" because it's not really about goal-setting but summarizes a broad range of self-help related material. I'm finding it interesting and wondering if anyone else here has used it. It's searchable and the table of contents for each chapter is detailed as well.

I'm looking at decision making, for myself, a big problem I have. The personality types were also interesting - describing an ancient personality classification system (ennegram) and then which of these likely combine in various personality disorders as well.
Thanks for this!

H3rmit, I have cruised through it. My favorite section is "Methods for Gaining Insight into Ourselves." I have long been practicing gestalt and this really meshes well with it. I hope your post will entice other members to check this out. Thanks for taking the time to share..........D.

It covers a lot of ground. It covers a lot of the advice people give each other around here, but with greater context and depth, yet not technical or difficult to read, so it's a good thing to fill in holes in general knowledge of the kinds of problems we have here, and solutions.
