I am in too much pain to continue using this forum, currently. It is triggering for me, and only makes me delve deeper into my mental issues and sorrows. And it makes me feel even more isolated, having very little interaction/conversation with anyone on here.

I feel very lonely, and I can't even get support on a support forum.

Goodbye for now.

Hello rise_above,

I'm sorry you feel that way, the forums are for self-help so if you feel you are being triggered or it's not helpful then it's perfectly fine to take a break. Take care.

I found that last fall on a couple if other MH forums, they upset me, even though the people on them were nothing but kind and supportive. It can help to step away. Best of luck to you.
