Would y'all keep my family in your thoughts, prayers, meditations please (whichever your preference)?
My little man's parents aren't doing well at all. His mama's in the hospital and his daddy is fighting not to go. Things have been progressing all week, and he didn't get to see them at all Friday and is missing them, so that's hard to watch knowing what I know. He's got me and his "papaw", but he still needs his mama and daddy is his little world. His mama and daddy need all kinds of help and healing. It's so hard. I know I've been distant this week, and that's a big reason. I've been dealing with alot trying to get the two of them help. Thank you and much love, KD

His mama signed herself in and stayed through the night! This is encouraging. My brother called and said the psychiatric nurse told the little man's mama that she had sat there and told her stuff that shocked her...like it was nothing. She said to pat herself on the back for making it this far, but now she deserves and needs some help. Yesterday she was suicidal and I can't believe the things my mother said to her.  Horrible. I pray his mama takes the help offered her right now. Around here it's hard to get admitted, and they really have some good programs. KD

Kimmy this must be so hard for you, I understand how you hold children so dear and especially "little man", and want the very best for them and him. And also how much you care for your family and want the best for them too.

keep them coming; they're working! She stayed her second night, began some meds and it much more calm and clear. They dx'ed her right off the bat with PTSD and feel also that she is dealing with a depression that began after the birth of little man. They did explain that they feel there's more going on there... I'll let you know more as I get it! KD
